Charlton Martin Group serves both international and domestic clients within the construction and allied industries. Our strength lies in the technical experience and professional qualifications of our consultants, many of whom hold both legal and technical qualifications. We have the capability of providing “One-Stop” consultancy services in respect of dispute avoidance and resolution of disputes in the construction and allied industries, e.g. providing comprehensive contractual advice, managing the resolution of disputes, claims analysis, claims preparation (with planning, legal and technical capability), defence of claims, negotiation, preparation of contractual documents, expert witness services and (where necessary) full management of the arbitral process including in-house advocacy by experienced advocates. We also assist clients for Staff Secondment and ProfessionalSearch Services. In addition, Public and In-House Training Seminars are provided by experienced and knowledgeable speakers.
