Responsibilities:

• Preparation of extension of time, loss and expense claim, and variation claims

• Analysis of claims received from contractors/sub-contractors on behalf of Employers / Owners

• Contract administration relating to disputes and claims under construction contract

 

Requirements:

 

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Technology / Construction Management / Civil/Structural Engineering or its equivalent. (knowledge in contracts is an added advantage)

• Minimum 5 years’ working experience

• Ability to meet tight deadlines, work under pressure and work independently

• Previous experience in the preparation of analysis of claims and provisions of contractual advice would be a distinct advantage

• An excellent command of spoken and written English language

• Working in Malaysia and on short-term overseas assignments

• Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status

• Possess high level of integrity, strong analytical and organisational skills

• A team player, able to communicate & coordinate effectively

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word (Microsoft Project or Primavera is an added advantage)
